科威特双认证的目的：

科威特驻华大使馆在公证文书上证明公证机关或认证机关的最后一个签字和盖章属实。办理领事认证的目的是中国出具的公证文书能为科威特当局所承认，不致怀疑文件上的签名或印章是否属实而影响文书的域外法律效力

科威特领事双认证注意事项:

1、接受英文译文。

2、苏、浙、沪、皖、赣地区出具的文书送驻上海总领馆认证。

3、闽、粤、湘、桂、琼地区出具的文书送驻广州总领馆认证。

4、申请科威特签证所需的个人体检证明和户口簿的公证书不需办理使馆认证。

5、申请入科威特籍所需的户口簿公证书需办理外交部和使馆双认证。

Purpose of Kuwait Dual Certification:

The Kuwaiti Embassy in China certifies the last signature and seal of the notary office or certification authority on the notarial document. The purpose of consular certification is that a notarized document issued by China can be recognized by the Kuwaiti authorities without any doubt that the authenticity of the signature or seal on the document will affect the extraterritorial legal effect of the document

Kuwaiti Consular Certification Matters needing attention:

1. Accept English translation.

2. Documents issued by Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Anhui and Jiangxi provinces should be sent to the Consulate-General in Shanghai for authentication.

3. Documents issued by Fujian, Guangdong, Hunan, Guangxi and Qiong regions shall be sent to the Consulate General in Guangzhou for authentication.

4. The personal medical certificate and notarial certificate of household register required for visa application in Kuwait need not be certified by the embassy.

5. The notarial certificate of residence register required for the application for Kuwaiti citizenship shall be certified by both the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Embassy.
