申请代办领事认证注意事项：

　　1、要提供清洁合格的认证文件，避免用不清洁或破损的文件，避免使用过期的原产地证，出具的CI要正规，CI纸太薄的要粘贴一张白纸。

　　2、认证文件须有公司章和贸促会认证章(及签名)，避免印章漏盖、反盖或多盖以及印章不清，文件附页应粘连在正页上．并在交接处加盖贸促会骑缝章。

　　3、由商检局出具的文件上不能再加盖贸促会认证章，否则将视为无效。

　　4、要详填"代办申请领事认证申请表"、中各栏目(有固定格式，与我索取)，尤其是"申请单位、地址、邮编、TE、传真及经办人"、"使用国别"、"送往国别"、"送往使馆"及"文件名称、份数及编号"也需填写清楚。文件份数控页计算，如需认证产地证一正二付，应写3份。"返回时间"可署具体日期或"尽快"字样。一个单位申请送办二个以上使馆，每个使馆写一张申请表。

　　5、产地证中第l栏与1栏的公司名称必须相符，CI上公司名称与所盖公司也需相符。

　　6、产地证中第6-10栏的内容如有错不能更改、只能重新制单。

　　7、CI的单价、数量与总金额的计算不能有错。

　　8、产地证签发日期不能早于CI日期。

是否可以只办-理中国外交部或地方外办的领事认证，而不办-理外国驻华使领馆的领事认证?

　　绝大多数country的主管机构，如内政、民政、劳动或司法等部门，只接受经自己country的外交或领事机构认证的外国文书。如涉外文书只办-理中国外交部或其授权的地方外办的领事认证，而不办-理文书使用国驻华使领馆的领事认证，会导致被文书使用国拒绝接受。因此，通常情况下，送国外使用的涉外文书需办-理双认证。只有在当事人明确了解文书使用国只要求对涉外文书办-理单认证的情况下，才可只办-理中国外交部或其授权的地方外办的领事认证，不办-理外国驻华使领馆的领事认证。
