流程1：认证的对外贸易单据种类；
企业提交认证的外贸单据应属于单据认证业务范围，单证内容必须真实、合法、清晰、准确, 应连同原产地证明书一起申办, 同时并提供有关依据，如信用证、报关单、合同等相关依据。通常需要贸促会认证的对外贸易单据如下:
1.商业INV(企业须提供报关单原件。如暂时无法取得报关单原件,须提供报关单预录联, 并向贸促会出具保函)
2.装箱单
3.提单
4.船公司证明
5.运费Invoice
6.保险公司出具的商业保险单据
7.清真屠宰证明
认证：是由出口国的特定机构对出口商用于通关结汇以及其他用途的各类商业单据和文件就其单证文件上的印章、签字属实进行确认和证实。在国际经济贸易中，为了办-理进口手续以及保证交易行为或贸易文件的真实性，从而实现交易的安全，减少风险，维护自身的权益，进口商根据本国的法律或有关规定，要求出口国的专门机构对出口商在交易中所涉及的商业文件或商业单据（一般是商会组织）加以认证，这一做法已成为国际惯例。
The types of foreign trade documents certified;
The foreign trade documents submitted by an enterprise for certification shall fall within the scope of document certification business. The contents of the documents shall be true, legal, clear and accurate. The documents shall be applied for together with the certificate of origin, and relevant basis shall be provided, such as letter of credit, customs declaration form, contract and other relevant basis. The foreign trade documents normally required to be certified by CCPIT are as follows:
1. Commercial INV(the enterprise shall provide the original of the customs declaration form. If the original of the customs declaration cannot be obtained for the time being, a pre-recorded copy of the declaration shall be provided and a letter of guarantee shall be issued to CCPIT.)
2. The packing list
3. Bill of lading
4. Certificate from shipping company
5. The freight Invoice
6. Commercial insurance documents issued by insurance companies
7. Halal slaughter certificate
Certification: the specific institution of the exporting country shall confirm and confirm the authenticity of the seal and signature on all kinds of commercial documents and documents used by exporters for customs clearance and foreign exchange settlement and other purposes. In international economic and trade, in order to do - manage import procedure and guarantee the authenticity of transactions or trade documents, so as to realize the security of transactions, reduce risk, safeguard their rights and interests of the importers according to their own laws or regulations, require exporter specialized agencies for exporters involved in trading of commercial documents or commercial documents (general chamber of commerce organizations) certification, this practice has become an international practice.

流程2：
收到客户资料后，我们二审客户资料，如无问题，录入电脑后马上提交至官/方机构及使馆办-理认证事宜，官/方机构及使馆审核无问题后，等待时间出证（这里需要重点说明的是出证时间问题：由于使馆认证牵涉到国与国之间的事务处理，根据国际惯例，使馆规定的时间没有法律依据，属于不可抗因素，我们报出的出证大概时间只是根据我们以往办-理的时间经验总结的时间。由于是代理办-理，所以，我们也从不承诺时间日期里出证，我们能保证的是收到客户资料，时间里直接提交到官/方机构办-理，省去客户资料在您当地繁琐的中转流程。但是我们能保证的是我们的出证时间至少能比您当地地方上的代办机构快上至少5天的时间,我们提醒客户，请尽可能给自己留出宽裕时间提前办-理使馆认证）。
流程3
使馆认证出后，我们会在时间内，将认证出文件扫描给客户，客户凭扫描件查验文件信息。查验确认后付款。
流程4
客户付款给我们，我们开收据，并将资料快递给客户.
领事认证与我们工作生活中的很多活动都息息相关。但是这样一个简单的例子，其实已经生动地体现出领事认证的作用。试想一下，如果国内出具的文书没有经外交部和驻华使馆领事认证，那么这本文书在国外使用时，国外的相关机构必然难以辨别其真伪，进而可能拒绝接受这本文书，这样就会给文书持有人在国外的工作和生活带来极大的不便。办-理领事认证主要的意义就在于使国外的相关机构能够确认并接受我国内出具的文书，使之在国外产生相应的法律效力，这也就是为什么在上述案例中，那些为申办签证而递交的材料必须先经过领事认证。
